A delicacy that locals also love, Zhangji Roujiamo on Ziwu Road

"Ziwu Road Zhangji Roujiamo" can often be seen on the streets of Xi'an. It is really a popular restaurant! There is always a long queue during lunch time, but the turnover rate is very high, so you don’t have to wait too long to get a seat. This time I ordered the popular "High-quality Roujiamo" and a serving of cold noodles, and it did not disappoint!

The Roujiamo is a huge portion, the crust is crispy and fragrant, and there is so much meat inside that it seems to be fried out. It is salty, fragrant and juicy, and very addictive to eat; the cold skin is appetizing and the combination is just right. No wonder it has become one of the "must-eat" delicacies in Xi'an!
