Everywhere along the journey offers Windows-desktop-level scenery, with every snapshot looking like a masterpiece. Tibetan culture, plateau landscapes, and local delicacies - this route perfectly embodies "poetry and distant lands"~

🚗4-Day Essential Itinerary🚗
Day1: Lanzhou→Labrang Monastery→Sangke Grassland
Depart from Lanzhou in the morning, heading straight to the sacred Tibetan Buddhist site - Labrang Monastery (Address: Labrang Town, Xiahe County). Known as the encyclopedia of Tibetan culture, its prayer wheels and main halls are awe-inspiring. In the afternoon, enjoy the sunset at Sangke Grassland, then stay overnight in a Tibetan-style homestay, savoring Tibetan milk tea and hand-torn mutton~

Day2: Sangke Grassland→Gahai Lake→Langmusi Temple
After sunrise on the grassland, head south to Gahai Lake (Address: Gahai Township, Luqu County), a plateau lake like a sapphire embedded in the grassland. Arrive at Langmusi Town (border of Gansu and Sichuan) in the afternoon, where you can see two distinct temples facing each other across the river - quite fascinating.

Day3: Langmusi→Flower Lake→Ruoergai Grassland
Today's highlight is Flower Lake Scenic Area (Address: Hongxing Town, Ruoergai County). From April to May, wildflowers bloom everywhere like a spilled palette. Find a secluded spot in Ruoergai Grassland for a picnic while watching the clouds drift by. Stay overnight at a scenic hotel by the First Bend of the Yellow River - the sunset is spectacular!

Day4: Ruoergai→First Bend of the Yellow River→Return
The final stop is the First Bend of the Yellow River (ticket: 80 yuan). From the viewing platform, the Yellow River meanders through the grassland like a ribbon. Enjoy an authentic yak hotpot in Ruoergai town before heading back in the afternoon.

💡Travel Tips:
1. Best season is May-October, with July-August being the most beautiful but crowded
2. Altitude 3000m+ - avoid washing hair/bathing on the first day, prepare Rhodiola
3. Large temperature differences between day and night - bring thick jackets even in summer
4. Sunscreen! Sunscreen! The plateau UV rays are intense
5. Frequent signal loss - download offline maps in advance

🍖Food Recommendations:
- Tibetan dumplings: Thin skin with generous filling, yak meat is the best
- Butter tea: Salty taste, might take getting used to
- Tsampa: Tibetan staple, best eaten with butter tea
- Yak meat hotpot: Any restaurant in Ruoergai town serves authentic versions
