Introduction: Sunlight Rock, commonly known as Yanzi Mountain or Huangyan, is a boulder more than 40 meters high. It is located on the top of Longtou Mountain in the south-central part of Gulangyu Island, Xiamen. It is 92.68 meters above sea level and is the highest peak on Gulangyu Island. Sunlight Rock is a famous landscape on Gulangyu Island. There is a circular platform on the top where visitors can enjoy the scenery of the entire island.

Opening hours: 8:30-17:30

Tickets: Sunlight Rock tickets are 50 yuan/adults; 25 yuan/minors and seniors. The combined ticket is 90 yuan (including Sunlight Rock, Shuzhuang Garden, Haoyue Garden, Organ Museum, and International Calligraphy Art Museum).

Experience: Sunlight Rock is one of the 5A scenic spots in Gulangyu Island. It is highly recommended to visit because you can enjoy the scenery of the entire Gulangyu Island from here. When the weather is good, you can also see the opposite Xiamen City. It is very suitable for tourism and hiking.
