I won't allow you to miss this hidden gem of a hotel.

Hotel Stay at Hotel Indigo Xiamen Haicang

1. I stayed during the off-season and the hotel is located in Haicang District outside the island, so it was very cost-effective. The nearest subway station is about 1 km away, and it's basically more convenient to take a taxi to the attractions on the island. The hotel is very close to Songgu Wharf, so it's very convenient to go to Gulangyu Island. The exterior of the hotel is also very nice.
2. I had both breakfast and buffet. There weren't many options, but it was enough. Breakfast included Xiamen's signature satay noodles, and the buffet had a variety of small cakes that tasted good.
3. The room facilities were average. The TV didn't have a screen-casting function. The bathroom had a switch to control the transparency of the glass, which was very user-friendly. The dental kit was of good quality, and the bathrobe was also great.
4. This hotel doesn't have a lounge or swimming pool, which is probably why it's cost-effective. In addition, takeout is delivered to the floor by a robot.
I stayed for three nights and overall, the experience was very good!
