At Xiamen Baicheng Beach, I had a cloudy seafood dinner.

A seafood feast is a must in a coastal city! This time, my friends and I went to Xinxin Sunset Seaview Restaurant, a seafood restaurant located right next to Xiamen University's Baicheng Beach.

This restaurant is located right next to Baicheng Beach and is easily accessible from the Hulishan Fort parking lot. The decor is simple, and you can choose your seafood right at the door.

This time, we mainly ordered the small blue dragon, which was steamed using the traditional method, preserving the seafood's natural flavor. Paired with garlic vermicelli, it looked incredibly tempting! The cold jellyfish salad was also very appetizing, and the stir-fried clams were even more fragrant with a hint of spice. The green vegetables and stir-fried conch slices were more ordinary.

The upstairs open-air area offers a great view of the sunset and the ocean. It was a pity we went there on a cloudy day! A clearer day would have been even better!
