It has to be Xiangshan!

12 acres of mountainous land, 17 guest rooms.
Spacious interiors, mostly around 100 square meters, all with mountain and sea views. The public areas are even more impressive, matching the size of the accommodations, featuring serene tea rooms, a cliffside restaurant, a seaside café, a tidal art gallery, a quirky general store, and a pine-smoke salt bathhouse—transforming this remote island into a hidden paradise.
The architecture is noteworthy, with seven buildings seamlessly embedded into the mountain, as if naturally formed from the rock. It’s said that the site was first scanned by drones for high-density mapping, and the design was vectorized to harmonize with the rugged cliffs. The living rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and tea rooms all retain the raw texture of the mountain rock, with distinct ridges and a wild, untamed charm.
What stands out most in the space design is the abundance of artisanal objects. Take the Artist Villa, for example: over a dozen unique chairs, including rare vintage pieces, and more than fifty varieties of teapots, cups, bottles, and jars. The copperware is particularly striking—coffee tables, pendant lights, and basins, all hand-hammered and gleaming with a radiant finish.
This hotel is a place of geological serenity and material warmth.
A perfect balance.
