Natural Therapy at Changping Valley

The Four Maidens Mountain, or Siguniangshan, is a 5A-level park in Sichuan Province, about 4 hours from the capital city of Chengdu.

📍Changping Valley Route: This trail offers beautiful natural scenery and is approximately 20 kilometers long.

🏇🏻For those who can't walk but still want to enjoy the forest, horse services are available for both the journey to and from, or you can choose to use the service for just one way.

🏃🏻➡️The initial part of the trail is a wooden path, sturdy with many stairs at the beginning, but it becomes flat with only a few stairs later on.

🏃🏻➡️🏃🏼➡️The latter part of the trail is a dirt path. If you visit during the rainy season, it might be a bit challenging as both people and horses use the same path.

🌾: If you prefer autumn foliage, it's best to visit from late October to early November
