Potala Peak (布达拉峰), also known as Potala Peak, is one of the most popular photography spots in the Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area of the Four Sisters Mountain National Park. This area is a vast grassland, and during the blooming season, the entire area turns yellow with flowers.
A highlight of this spot is the Tibetan-style stupa located on a hill, where visitors can pay their respects. Every year, a ceremony is held here once. Visitors can also climb up to the stupa area to enjoy the view.
At the base, there is a sign indicating a 360-degree view, meaning no matter which direction you turn, you will be surrounded by mountains. Each peak has its own name and unique geographical features.
The recommended time to visit this spot is during the summer, from June to August, when the flowers are in full bloom. However, be prepared for intense sunlight during this period.
If you visit on a clear day, the photos you take will be stunning.
