The Yunlin Ruichun Soy Sauce Tourism Factory, a century-old Xiluo soy sauce factory (established in 1921), is renowned for its traditional black bean yin oil brewing method. The factory boasts Taiwan's largest soy sauce jar production facility (approximately 2,500 ceramic jars are exposed to the sun for a spectacular display) and offers a transparent tour of the production line, offering an in-depth understanding of the entire process from bean steaming and koji making to bottling. Special experiences include soy sauce ice cream and DIY crafts, making it a renowned attraction that blends traditional craftsmanship with tourist attractions.
