The Tulou Temple

#springitinerary The temple itself is beautifully built. There is a lot of historical significance. It is a traditional Taoist temple to visit. Calm and tranquil ambience. The temple at the foot of the hill was newer and was not exceptional. The key attraction was the older temples which were were built 1900 years ago into the hill side and required 1-2 hours hiking to reach. These were unfortunately closed for visits. To get the best out of the place, it's best to read up to find out about its significance.
