Taiwan is an ideal place for nice scenic road trip with many amazing rest stop with jaw dropping views. One rest stop on the east of taiwan roughly an hour drive away from the town of hualien is the ecological park called DAKA located at 8Q22+7M Xiulin Township, Hualien County, Taiwan. This is a popular stop not only for coach buses but also for people who drives as the shops here uses green energy to run.

There is a huge 7 eleven store and also the iconic starbucks cafe where you will be able to get limited edition merchandises only found in hualien county. You will also be able to find some handicrafts and little pop up shops here. The toilet here also has a unique design, and are made out of clays and stone and also runs on a clean and green energy. Don't forget to also stop by for the amazing sea view too!
