Master roasts the coffee beans in the store in a a smaller roasting machine managed through his laptop.

Perfect place to enjoy coffee and waffles. We were unfortunate not to be able to try crowaffel as it wasn’t available. Definitely recommend “friendship coffee”.

If you like to sit down, relax and enjoy your day, it’s perfect as it is managed single-handedly by the master so not for those who want everything in a rush.

Master speaks decent English and he also conveyed for our safety as we were going to Yamadera and the snow is melting which is dangerous when climbing 1012 temple steps.
