🎯 [Yamagata Shonai Movie Village Open Set] Get lost in the world of movies and take a tour of the spectacular filming locations of period dramas
"Studio Sedic Shonai Open Set" (formerly Shonai Movie Village) at the foot of Mt. Gassan in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture is a realistic filming location theme park where actual film and drama sets remain as they are. The six areas, including farm villages, fishing villages, post towns, and Sengoku Otemon Gate, are like a scene from the solemn Edo period. Even the background of nature, such as Mt. Gassan visible in the back of the set, is like a painting.
