This is the Yangpyeong Café, Grim Garden, with its exotic windows and beautiful scenery.
It's not right on the river, but its location along the river offers a beautiful view, making it a great place to take pictures and spend time.

It's divided into a Hanok-style space and a main space with large windows. They also sell bakery items, but there weren't many,
but they had a wide selection of drinks!
It's a place with a beautiful view, so I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Yangpyeong :)
