A must-stay in Yangzhou! A garden inn hidden in Dongguan Street

Guys, I can't believe you don't know about the Changle Inn on Dongguan Street in Yangzhou! I stayed here on my trip to Yangzhou, and it was such a great experience that I had to share it with you!

📍Great location
It's right across from Dongguan Street, next to Ge Garden, just a 5-minute walk away. It's just a short taxi ride to Wenchang Pavilion, Siwang Pavilion, and Slender West Lake. If you don't have any luggage, you can enter from the west gate of Dongguan Street. If you do have luggage, contact the hotel and they'll send a shuttle to pick you up from the parking lot. So thoughtful!

🏞️Beautiful garden views
This inn was rebuilt from four ancient houses in the "Shuangdong" historical district, covering an area of about 60 acres. Inside is the Street South Book House, also known as the "Little Linglong Mountain Pavilion," which is the site of a salt merchant's residential garden. The garden may not be big, but it's full of beautiful views, with twelve scenic spots, each with its own story. The rockery is full of charm, and the pavilions and towers are full of ancient charm. The best part is that there are few people, so you can take your time and enjoy the scenery without the crowds.

🍵Changle Tea House is a pleasant surprise
This is where you'll have breakfast. The dining environment is super comfortable, and you can see the "Hanzao Pavilion" from the window. There's also a live storytelling performance, which adds to the atmosphere. The food is also good, with light and fresh dishes and delicate and delicious dim sum.

📸Great for photos
The Street South Book House and Hanzao Pavilion are great for photos, and the best part is that there are few people, so you can take as many photos as you want. I recommend wearing a cheongsam or Hanfu for some great shots.

🛏️Comfortable rooms
Although it's in a busy area, the rooms are well soundproofed. The whole garden is big, and the privacy is good. The rooms are all decorated in a new Chinese style, which is very charming and matches the overall style of the inn. After checking in, a staff member will take you to your room. We stayed in Building 15, which is inside the Little Linglong Mountain Pavilion.

You can't go wrong staying here on your trip to Yangzhou. You can experience the charm of ancient houses and authentic Yangzhou life. This winter, come to Yangzhou for a romantic winter getaway!
