Yangzhou | The tasty local Chinese restaurant near tourist attraction

This time, I wanted to try some local dishes, so after visiting Ge Yuan, I headed straight to the restaurant!

The signature dish here is "Fried Pork Intestines with Stinky Sauce," and it's served in a huge pot. The pork intestines are cleaned thoroughly and are very chewy, but it’s really spicy! There’s also a lot of mung bean sprouts. The tofu, which has absorbed the flavor of the chili, tastes absolutely amazing!

The "Shrimp with Dried Tofu Strips" is another dish—there's an abundance of river shrimp, and the dried tofu strips soak up all the flavors of the broth, making it super tasty.

The "Leek and Dried Tofu" features very fresh leeks, and the tofu strips are finely cut!

The "Three-Delicacy Crispy Rice" is a soup made with vegetables, black fungus, and bamboo shoots, paired with crispy rice. It’s a refreshing and light dish.
