Lamb Lover's New Favorite: A Trendy Skewer Spot in China

I visited a new, clean, and upscale lamb skewer restaurant in Yanbian, Jilin Province, China, which was recommended by a Chinese friend living there. The restaurant has a concept of grilling in the yard, with large windows that open up, and some of the menu items are pre-grilled in the yard before being served.

Unlike typical skewer places where the fire is placed under the table, here they bring the fire pit on top of the table, and the fully cooked skewers can be beautifully arranged on either side, making it clean and convenient to eat.
