Nanchang Meiling Rafting is a tourism company solely invested by Hong Kong Toronto Enterprise Group Investment Co., Ltd., with rafting as its main business. Its business covers an area of approximately 3,800 mu, and the rafting river is nearly 10 kilometers long.
Meiling, a National Forest Park and a key national scenic spot, is known as Jiangxi's "Little Lushan Mountain" and Nanchang's "Back Garden." The year-round temperature in the Meiling rafting area is 4-5 degrees Celsius lower than in downtown Nanchang, and the air contains about six times more negative ions, creating a natural oxygen bar. The beautiful natural scenery attracts tens of thousands of tourists.
Nanchang Meiling Rafting, with a total investment of 300 million yuan, integrates tourism, leisure, vacations, restaurants, and hotels. The project is being completed in three phases. Phase I has already completed 30% of the total investment. The rafting equipment was imported from Pennsylvania, USA, and the facility accommodates over 1,000 visitors daily. Phase II will include a 5-kilometer rafting section, a five-star hotel, tennis courts, a large fishing ground, a European-style commercial plaza, and a shooting range. Phase III will develop a villa complex around Xixia Reservoir, create a water park, and include Yuanjia Waterfall (for extreme rafting).
Nanchang Meiling Rafting offers breathtaking scenery, nestled between precipitous canyons and breathtaking scenery, allowing visitors to soar freely amidst the lush green mountains and waters. The Meiling Rafting program begins at Gongjiaqiao and ends at Xixia Reservoir. The first phase of the rafting program covers approximately 5 kilometers, with a duration of 2.5-3 hours. Due to the changing terrain, the stream can be gentle and calm at times, while at others it can be turbulent, resulting in a variety of rafting options, including smooth and rapid rafting. Smooth rafting offers the experience of "drifting on the water, like swimming in a painting." Rapid rafting offers a thrilling experience. Rafting guards are stationed at each rapid rafting section to provide guidance and ensure safe rafting.
The subtropical monsoon climate is suitable for summer travel and a cool summer.
