Or Yeong-gil City (연길) is a small city in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region, adjacent to the Changbai Mountains to the north.

How to get there from Harbin
🚝 🚆Take the train from Harbin Railway Station - Yanji West (3.50 hours) Fare 600-900 baht per person/trip
The train leaves every hour.
The routes are (Dehui West Station, Changchun, Jilin, Jiaohe West, Dunhua, Antu West, Yanji West) and these stations, if you have time, you can visit them.
For example, Changchun has an ice festival.
Dunhua can go to Changbaishan. In fact, you can go from many places. I will make a separate post to explore each place again.

♦️In this city, there will be Korean throughout the city because the population here is from the Chaoxian ethnic group. The eel that migrated from the Korean Peninsula moved here. This is the Golden Triangle, bordering Russia (Primorsky Krai)
It is adjacent to North Korea and not far from the Sea of Japan.

1) Yanbian Museum 延邊博物館

This museum is a must-see if you want to learn about the history and folklore of the Chao Xian people. It is a comprehensive museum that combines local history and the characteristics of the Chao Xian people.

Admission fee: Free
The campus is located on a mountain, and the architecture is unique and eye-catching! Don't miss the school's food court, which is both delicious and inexpensive.
You can also walk around the area, where there are restaurants and buildings with Korean characters. I thought I was in Seoul.

🔹3) Chao Xian chao鮮族民俗園
Admission fee: 27 yuan
Dress up in hanbok and become "Princess Chao Xian". The park has many Chao Xian-style buildings and cultural elements. The old park, the dinosaur park, and the Mao'er Mountain are adjacent to each other. You can visit each other.

🔸4) Yanji People's Park 延吉人民公園
This park was built in the 33rd year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. The park has a history of more than a hundred years. The night view of the park is very beautiful. It is located near Yanbian University. You can go shopping together.

Opening hours are uncertain It is recommended to go before 8:00 am. The morning market in Yanji is delicious and cheap. It is recommended to go early in the morning.

🔴6) Maoershan 帽兒山森林公園

See the scenery of Yanji, admire the forest scenery of Northeast China, and experience the different customs and cultures. There is a corner where you can see the whole city. The air is good and the view is beautiful.

🔻10) Yanji Hot Spring 延吉溫泉
There are many hot springs here, both private and public. If you come to this city, you should not miss it.
