This restaurant basically serves kimchi as a side dish!ㅎ Cabbage kimchi and cubed radish kimchi come out together, and the kimchi was really delicious 😋
The stone pot bibimbap came with a small soup, and the stone pot was really hot, so there was a lot of scorched rice at the bottom, but it was really delicious🥲🥲 There were a lot of vegetables, and the seasoning wasn't too spicy, it was the best! I ordered bossam without much expectation.....wow, first of all, they really give you a variety of ssam, and there's pickled seafood, garlic, and chili pepper, and soybean paste seasoning in a jar ㅜㅜ If you put them in one by one and eat them as ssam, it's really delicious, and the bossam meat isn't the typical bossam meat that Koreans know, it's somewhere between bossam and pig's feet. It's really delicious.......🤭 Oh, and the ssam kind of uniquely has tofu skin! This is also really delicious!-!
