Mount Akadake stands at an elevation of 2,899 meters⛰️. Its rocky terrain and reddish soil can make footing slippery. At the summit, there is the Akadake Summit Lodge, where you can enjoy meals like curry and ramen, and even stay overnight. On clear days, you can catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji.
