Roastery Eochon is a cozy, sunlit cafe that feels like a charming little hideaway. Known for its hand-drip coffee, I decided to try it, and it was indeed delicious! I ordered the basic Brazilian beans, which had a clean and refreshing taste. I also tried the lemon pound cake, which had a natural lemon flavor—not artificial or overpowering—making it subtle and smooth. Despite being a newly opened cafe, I was really impressed with both the taste and the atmosphere. Highly recommended!
