The best restaurant among restaurants: Yeosu Najin Gukbap

Yeosu Najin Gukbap is the best restaurant among all the restaurants. I love exploring restaurants, but this place had the longest wait ever!

I'd love to wait again for this dish, but a 3.5-hour wait is a bit much, and I'd never want to wait that long again. Since it's a holiday, I think it'll be a bit shorter on weekdays! It opens at 10:30 AM, and by 10:40 AM, I was the 80th person in line for a table. Still, I highly recommend it for the taste!

The red pork soup had a charming peppercorn (?) and perilla seed (?) flavor, and the chewy boiled pork was a texture I'd never experienced before👍🏻

When I arrived around 1:30 PM, there was a sign saying "waiting for a table"!
