If You Love Me, Take Me to Mingyue Mountain


Mingyue Mountain Scenic Area is located in Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, famous for its core spots such as Yungu Waterfall, Qingyun Plank Road, Moon Lake, alpine meadows, and ancient hot spring wells. It combines natural wonders with moon culture and Zen culture.

Main Attractions and Features

1. Yungu Waterfall: With a drop of 119.57 meters, it is the tallest waterfall in southern China. The five-tiered water flow crashes against the rocks, creating a rainbow spectacle. 1 2
2. Qingyun Plank Road: Stretching 3,100 meters and suspended on a cliff, it is an excellent spot to view the sea of clouds and sunrise, known as one of "China’s Seven Suspended Plank Roads."
3. Moon Lake: A high-altitude lake at 1,530 meters above sea level, its clear water reflects the spruce trees, embodying the artistic conception of "spring and moon reflecting each other."
4. Alpine Meadows: Concentrated around Taiping Mountain, forming a unique vertical vegetation landscape, making it a prime hiking destination.
5. Ancient Hot Spring Wells: Located in Wentang Town, these selenium-rich hot springs are drinkable and suitable for bathing, with water temperatures between 68°C and 72°C, offering medicinal benefits.
