I deliberately avoided the Qingming Festival holiday to go back to Yilan to worship my parents. The old man said that he saw a delicious ramen restaurant in Yilan on TV and wanted to try it. Since I heard that there were a lot of people and they didn’t accept reservations, I stopped by on the way back to Taipei after the worship. When I arrived at the destination, it was already 10:30, and there were already three to four cars and several motorcycles waiting at the scene! ! There is an exclusive parking lot next to it, which makes parking convenient.

You need to pick up your own tableware upon entering. The pork bone ramen soup is rich but not too salty, and the barbecued pork is not as strong as the barbecued pork in Japanese ramen, which is acceptable to children. The side dishes include passion fruit green papaya, black plum tomato, fresh shrimp rice paper roll with passion yogurt, which are refreshing and delicious. The overall taste is Taiwanese.
