Dalian Wucaicheng Pearl Plaza is located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, this "Colorful City" located in the center of the development zone was the emerging commercial and tourism center of the entire area at that time, and was divided into 6 areas: ABCDEF.

The buildings are mainly two- or three-story buildings with various shapes. The exterior walls are painted with colorful murals, and there are many fountains and exaggerated sculptures.

Entertainment facilities such as the Adventure Palace, Far East Film and Television City, and Journey to the West Palace were also built around it. The city was home to more than 400 small and medium-sized shops and a "food village". It became a popular and fashionable amusement city for a while, but later declined and became a "ruins in the city" in name only.

Entering the new century, the opening of the Dalian-Jinshitan rapid rail transit project has cleansed the aging colorful city and brought it new vitality.
