The hotel has two restaurants and this time we chose this one which is a buffet.
The buffet has a wide variety of food.
Seafood includes abalone, Yilan's most famous crabs, fresh shrimps, etc.
For cold dishes, there are Japanese sushi and sashimi. The most special one is the fried sushi rice roll. This is really special and I have never eaten it before, but I didn’t expect it to be very delicious. The skin is fried very crispy and the rice inside is very soft.
There are also many Taiwanese specialties, such as braised pork rice.
In addition to the usual Western-style biscuits, the hotel also offers homemade tofu pudding.
There are many ingredients including taro balls, grass jelly, and various beans.
Overall it is very good, both the environment and the food taste are quite good
