🏠 Interior Design and Atmosphere
This minimalist white building is quietly nestled in the middle of rice fields in Yuanshan Township, Yilan. The first floor serves as a dining area, while the second and third floors are accommodations featuring a mix of Japanese and Nordic styles. Surrounded by lush greenery, the moment you step inside, you feel instantly relaxed.
The interior is dominated by warm wooden tones, complemented by large floor-to-ceiling windows and clean white spaces, creating a visually simple and soothing ambiance. Enjoying desserts while gazing at the outdoor scenery is incredibly therapeutic.
🍴 Delicious Treats We Tried:
1. Salt-Flower Banana Cake
A creative dessert that combines the salty touch of fleur de sel with the sweet aroma of bananas. The cream and filling are moist but not overly soft, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. Topped with caramelized crispy flakes, it delivers a layered texture. Every bite had me saying, "So delicious! 🤤"
2. Latte
Smooth coffee aroma with delicate milk foam, perfectly paired with desserts.
3. Caffè Siciliana
A refreshing blend similar to Italian-style lemon cold brew or iced coffee. The tangy sweetness of lemon complements the subtle bitterness of coffee, creating a gradually evolving flavor. It's my go-to choice for summer.
