I think staying for one night allows for a relaxed visit. Sisters who have time can go early, first visit the art gallery, then soak in the hot springs, do makeup, watch the Helan Grand Ceremony, come out to see various performances and eat snacks. Sisters who like to take photos can choose to soak in the evening or the next morning, as the hot springs are crowded in the afternoon. The town is suitable for a leisurely experience, perfect for a relaxing weekend! The parking lot is large and the fees are reasonable, and there are many attractions nearby.
