The Helan Mountains stand proudly here.
Ningxia wolfberry is very famous. It was my first time to go to the picking garden and pick wolfberries myself. It was a lot of fun. There are rare varieties such as spicy wolfberry and black wolfberry. In the museum, you can also taste the original juice and some biscuits made with wolfberries. It was also the first time I knew that wolfberries can not only be used to make tea and soup, but also have so many cooking methods.
Wine culture is also worth exploring in Ningxia🍷
The unique geographical location and climatic conditions provide a unique environment for the growth of grapes. Ample sunshine, significant temperature difference between day and night, and mineral-rich soil together produce high-quality grape raw materials. The wine produced also has a mellow taste and rich aroma.
Ningxia not only has wolfberry, grapes and rice, but also an eco-tourism destination with a beautiful ecological environment - Mingcui Lake.
This place is not only an eco-tourism destination, but also an important bird migration station, with more than 50 species of birds, including white spoonbills and herons, regularly inhabiting it. The Mingcui Lake will hold a lotus festival from mid-July to the end of August. The lotus flowers here are in full bloom, and they are extremely beautiful at first glance.
Come travel to Yinchuan, this treasure town is worth it!
