Recognized as the earliest Paleolithic site in China, Shuidonggou offers archaeological significance with artifacts dating back over 30,000 years. Excavations uncovered stone tools, rhinoceros fossils, and even a section of ancient Great Wall. The heritage park includes a small museum and outdoor exhibits, providing insight into human prehistory and Silk Road beginnings. A must-visit for those interested in deep history and China’s ancient human origins.
