3days in the desert (Alxa-Tengger)

Normally I travel on my own but sometimes it's much better to have a group tour. My friend and I bought a Chinese tour starting from Yinchuan and never regreted (our Chinese is rather basic but sometimes there are English speaking travel mates in such groups). It was a walking tour, about 52km totally (and this was the only regret 😂) , so on the 2d day we rented camels and rode 12km on camels (I'm a rider, it was OK for me, but you'd better check if it's ok for you with a small ride in advance 🤭)
During the trip we saw a few lakes (I'll make another review of the red Swan lake) and all colors of the desert as the weather changed throughout the trip from sunny to rainy. The accommodation in Mongolian tents was OK, in the tents - quite basic, but definitely one to remember 😊.
Overall it was a very bright experience
(which due to covid restrictions is difficult to have on your own now)
In Yinchuan we lived in Yihe hotel and some Labor hotel which accept foreigners.
