🗻 Tips for a family-friendly Mangshan hike (tested and not tiring):

1. Choose easy routes! Prioritize 'Tiantai Mountain' and 'General’s Fortress,' which have gentle trails and great views. Parents can walk leisurely, kids can run on the grass, and you’ll see stunning rock formations and sea of clouds—perfect for family photos!

2. Must-have gear: Lightweight sun-protective clothing (it’s cool in the morning and evening on the mountain), snacks and a thermos for kids, and portable hiking sticks for the elderly (available for borrowing at the homestay—super thoughtful).

3. Avoid peak hours! Start from the homestay around 8 AM to dodge the crowds at the scenic area. Parking is easier, and you can return to the homestay for lunch by noon without waiting in the sun.
