Located in Minato Mirai, Hemingway is a floating restaurant where the sea breeze and scenic views elevate every bite. For lunch, I enjoyed a Caesar salad, a flavorful shirasu peperoncino, and their signature bagel French toast.

The pasta had just the right amount of garlic and spice—so addictive! And that French toast… warm, fluffy, and absolutely unforgettable. The panoramic view of the bay made it even more special.
