Yufuin Onsen Ryokan Hikari no Ie

The room I stayed in at Hikari no Ie was on the second floor,
and this time I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room.

It had a modern design, and the bedroom
had a raised tatami mat.

It was dark when I checked in,
but when I woke up in the morning, I was thrilled to see the beautiful, splendid Mount Yufu standing tall from the window...!
I couldn't help but stare blankly out the window.

The owners and their staff were all wonderful people,
and the atmosphere was so warm and kind that it was hard to put into words.

I was truly soothed by their kindness...

And the couple's child was so energetic and cute ๐Ÿ‘ถ lol

It was an inn that made me want to say "I'm home" and go home again
