📅 Fukuoka 2-Night, 3-Day Itinerary Tips

Day 1 | Hakata Trip 🏙️
After settling into our accommodations in Hakata, we immediately started our trip with some department store shopping. 🛍️
For dinner, we had Fukuoka's famous motsunabe at Ooyama Motsunabe on Hakata Station's First Avenue... It was truly the best meal of my life 😭💖
The rich broth and chewy tripe were a perfect match! After dinner, we headed to Momochi Beach and Fukuoka Tower to enjoy the night view. The sight of the tower lights against the night air was so romantic! ✨

🏨 Accommodation: Recommended hotel near Hakata Station (convenient to get to!)
🍴 Restaurant: Ooyama Motsunabe Hakata 1st Avenue
📌 Tip: Visit the tower at dusk or at night for some incredible photos! 📸

Day 2 | Yufuin & Beppu Trip ♨️
On our second day, we headed to Yufuin and Beppu!
In Yufuin, we stayed at the Oyado Kaikatei Ryokan, which was truly impressive!💓
Everything was impeccable, from the staff's service to the cleanliness and food.
The elegant kaiseki dinner and the hearty Japanese breakfast the next morning were truly healing.
You absolutely must try the Kinsei Croquette in Yufuin!! It was so delicious 🥹
Afterwards, we headed to Beppu for a tour of the Hell Onsen. You absolutely must try the boiled egg and cider they sell there! It's a real treat 🥚✨
I had plenty of time, so I also visited the zoo and aquarium~

🏨 Accommodation: Oyado Kaikatei Ryokan (Yufuin)
🍴 Restaurant: Kaiseki Set Meal at the Ryokan
📌 Tip: I recommend visiting the Hell Onsen in the morning—it makes for great photos!

Day 3 | Tenjin Trip 🍖
On our last day, we returned to Tenjin, went shopping, and dined at Yakiniku Sakaba Nikumaru Huruyoshiya, which we had made a reservation for in advance!

The quality of the meat was absolutely top-notch, and it was the perfect ending to our Fukuoka trip 😋

🏨 Accommodation: Recommended hotel in downtown Tenjin
🍴 Restaurant: Yakiniku Sakaba Nikumaru
📌 Tip: It's a popular restaurant, so be sure to make a reservation in advance!

💡Overall:
This was a perfect 2-night, 3-day trip filled with urban charm, hot spring healing, and delicious food.💛
Shopping in Hakata, relaxing in Yufuin, and finishing with a delicious meal in Tenjin —
If you're planning a trip to Fukuoka, I highly recommend this itinerary! ✨
