Yuhu Village
Location: Baisha Town, Yulong County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province. About 15‑20 km north of Lijiang Old Town.

It's “at the foot” of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Snow Mountain), so you get spectacular mountain views.

Yuhu Lake (also called Dragon Lady Lake) reflects the snow mountain and sky — very photogenic.

Architecture & Local Style

Houses are built with a special stone called “monkey head stone”, a kind of rock + earth mixture, which gives a rustic, natural look.
