Discovering Yuhu Village

Visiting Yuhu Village was such a unique and peaceful experience! Nestled at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the village feels frozen in time. I shared a photo of a simple but delicious fish dish we had at our guesthouse — local, fresh, and full of flavor — along with a curious shot of the hotel’s friendly dog and even a frog that seemed to enjoy the garden as much as we did!

I also loved seeing the Dongba script on the walls — a reminder of the rich Naxi culture that still lives here. The mix of mountain views, ancient symbols, and daily life made this stop one of the most memorable parts of our trip. 🌿🏔️✨
