Today I came to Zhangjiagang City, and I decided to go to the restaurant Ava Shanzhai (Shopping Park Branch) first. I heard that their fish head dishes are quite excellent.

As you walk into the restaurant, you will be immediately attracted by the classical and elegant decoration. It looks like a garden inside, as if you have traveled through time back to ancient times. The Chinese-style decoration makes people feel comfortable, and you can enjoy a leisurely dining time after sitting down.

The signature dish of this restaurant is fish head cuisine, and we also ordered their signature dish, Shanzhai Fish Head King. The fish head is full of chili peppers, which is spicy and delicious, leaving you with an endless aftertaste. I also ordered century eggs, which made the combination even more delicious. Overall, the taste was impressive and the service attitude was also impressive, making this dining experience even more perfect.
