Jinghai Palace was built in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of 400 years. It is an important cultural relic for accurately understanding the history of the "Guangzhou Bay Concession", and it has written a glorious page in the modern history of China's resistance to foreign aggression. In September 1999, it was listed as the fourth batch of cultural relics protection units in Zhanjiang City. From a distance, this brick and tile Jinghai Palace lies quietly under the brilliant sun, with green walls and yellow tiles, and it is magnificent.
Jinghai Palace has a construction area of more than 200 square meters, facing southeast to northwest, and the enshrined is Mazu Lin Moniang, who is known as the "Goddess of the Strait". Calling it "Jinghai Palace" is not as good as calling it "Dawang Palace Temple", this name is well-known in Nansan Island.
