The location is unbeatable! Just exit from Exit F of Gongye University Station on Metro Line 1, and you're right at Vanke Starlight Plaza—a 5-minute walk to Zhengda/Gongda's campus gates. Plus, the nearby Xinyuehui Shopping Center has all the food and entertainment you need!

The room is the real highlight! A massive 100㎡ duplex is simply perfection! With 5-meter-high ceilings and a rustic-industrial mix, every corner looks like an Instagram magazine cover 📸 Three bedrooms, two by the window, plus a cute hanging swing chair~ The first floor has a full projector screen and beanbag chairs—movie nights are a dream! The kitchen is fully equipped for hotpot or baking cakes—go wild!
