Zhengzhou / Ersha Cultural and Creative Park

Zhengzhou Ersha Cultural and Creative Park is a cultural and creative park built on the site of the former China Second Abrasive Wheel Factory, featuring Bauhaus architecture. The park will preserve a number of unique historical buildings from the former factory site, some of which are currently rented out as office space, providing space for emerging companies.

The park's renovation began in 2018, making it one of Zhengzhou's long-established cultural and creative parks. It boasts a vibrant nightlife, with many barbecue restaurants open until 3 AM, making it a lively place.

It features Asia's largest Bauhaus (German architectural style) building complex, with old-fashioned Soviet-style concrete slab buildings connected by elevated walkways. Lush cedar and sycamore trees create a rich historical atmosphere, perfect for taking photos. Each iron wire in the halo represents a country exported by China during its industrial era.

The Bauhaus architecture complex is the biggest attraction of the Ersha Cultural and Creative Park. Bauhaus architecture, originating from the Bauhaus school in Germany, is a modernist architectural style that emphasizes functionality, minimalist design with a "less is more" philosophy, and focuses on rationality, science, and practicality. It pursues the unity of art and technology and advocates the authentic use of materials, aiming to create practical products and buildings with modern aesthetics for the public.

The surrounding area offers convenient amenities, with many new creative and cultural shops and related brands already established, making it a great place to relax on weekend evenings.
