Faraway Green Shadows: A Stroll in Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Park

Day 1:
On an early winter morning, I stepped into Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Park, greeted by tranquil forest paths and the sound of flowing water. Sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting dappled shadows, making every step feel like walking in a painting. The Overseas Chinese Cultural Exhibition Hall in the park is a major highlight, showcasing artifacts and photos that document the struggles and patriotic sentiments of the overseas Chinese, leaving a deep impression. In the afternoon, I chose to sit on a stone bench by the lake, quietly admiring the shimmering water, occasionally graced by a few mandarin ducks, adding a touch of liveliness.

Day 2:
Early in the morning, I experienced the fresh air and natural rhythm on the park's jogging path, surrounded by people running and practicing Tai Chi, their faces radiating peaceful smiles. Later, I walked to the tea house deep in the bamboo forest, savoring a cup of local tea, experiencing the simplicity of slow living. In the afternoon, I visited the park's flower area, where various flowers were in full bloom, capturing beautiful moments with my camera. As the sun set, the entire park was bathed in a warm orange glow, as if time was especially gentle here.

The beauty of Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Park lies not only in its natural tranquility and rich cultural heritage but also in the inner peace and warmth it brings to visitors.
