Buffet Lunch Experience at Zhongshan Lihe Hilton Hotel

My experience with the buffet lunch at Zhongshan Lihe Hilton Hotel was quite enjoyable. The venue is spacious, and when I visited, it was bustling with people. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including grilled oysters, pan-fried steak, steamed chicken feet, and stir-fried rice noodles with shredded chicken and vegetables. Among the many options, most of the food tasted quite good. The dishes I would highly recommend are the stir-fried rice noodles with shredded chicken and the steamed chicken feet.

The stir-fried rice noodles with shredded chicken stood out because the chicken was tender and juicy, while the noodles were perfectly cooked—springy and flavorful. As for the steamed chicken feet, they were well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, making them incredibly tasty.

However, the grilled oysters could use some improvement. They were undercooked and lacked flavor, which made them less enjoyable. Aside from this issue, the rest of the food was quite satisfactory. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I look forward to having another opportunity to enjoy the buffet at this hotel in the future.
