Let's go to Zhoushan for a beachcombing trip

Last month, I traveled to Zhoushan. Going to the seaside definitely means beachcombing, and it felt great. I recommend it to everyone.

Shaojibay Fishing Village (Shaojibay, Zhujiajian, Zhoushan, Zhejiang)

Travel Time: Afternoon of July 8, 2024

Transportation: It is recommended to drive by yourself. This beachcombing spot requires going up from the back mountain, and the road is very easy to walk.

Parking:
It's not easy to park there; most people park directly by the roadside.

Along the way, you can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, choose suitable spots for photos, and head straight to the beach to fully enjoy the sunshine, beach, and the joy of beachcombing.

The seaside is a rocky beach with lots of small crabs. Kids can turn over rocks one by one like opening blind boxes. There might be cute little crabs or small sea snails underneath, and they can play freely.

Items to bring:
1. Beachcombing tools (bucket, shovel, net, rain boots, gloves)
2. Snacks and water to replenish energy and hydration while playing at the beach
3. Bring band-aids and disinfectant sticks just in case.

Sun protection measures: Apply sunscreen, wear a hat or sun-protective clothing.
