Zhuhai Huafa Sheraton Fireworks Observation Point Review

As a well-established hotel that opened in 2015, I specifically booked a sea-view fireworks room to watch the Macau Fireworks Contest. The view was indeed unbeatable—the Macau Tower and the fireworks blooming in the night sky were clearly visible, even the sparkling trails of the fireworks could be seen. On the balcony, you could even feel the low-frequency vibrations of the fireworks, making the experience incredibly immersive!

The hotel is generally well-maintained, but some details show signs of wear:

✅ Highlights

· The balcony observation spot is truly worth it, no need to squeeze into crowds.
· Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with plenty of freshly made dishes to choose from.

❌ Drawbacks

· After 10 a.m., the breakfast area gets crowded, with a wait time of 15+ minutes.
· Hygiene issues: Tongs in the dining area were seen dropping food directly, and there were occasional grease stains nearby.
· The executive lounge has poor views and mediocre food.

Summary: The sea-view room is still worth it for the fireworks show, but it’s recommended to avoid peak breakfast hours. After ten years, this veteran hotel should focus on upgrading its service details!
