IILUMINARIUM …a beautiful light exhibition for winter in the middle of the city.

Switzerland, a country where many people love beautiful nature, snowy mountains, waterfalls, and peacefulness, is not only good outside the city. This time, I will share a beautiful exhibition that is held every year. In case anyone has a plan to travel next year, you can stop by and see it. This event is held at the ‘National Museum Zurich’, which can be called the heart of Zurich because it is only a 2-minute walk from the central train station, Zurich HB. The event is held from mid-November to the end of the year regularly to celebrate Christmas and winter (this year, I visited on December 30, which was the end of the event).

The ILLUMINARIUM event has many light decorations for taking fun photos, beautiful Christmas trees, and an Art Festival show. There are viewing times to choose from, starting at 8:00 p.m., every half hour, until 9:30 p.m. There are stalls like our favorite Christmas market. Deep inside is a bar in a large wooden building that is very chill. Sit and watch the lights outside, it is very beautiful. At night, there is a Dance Floor and a DJ playing music. There is a lot of food to choose from, from hot cheese bread, big sausages. And other things for people who come to this light festival to enjoy to the fullest.

For those who plan to visit Switzerland at the end of the year, take note. There are many things to see and walk around comfortably. Plus, admission is free.
