Chongdeli was designed by Chengdu artist Wang Hai, who returned to Chengdu after staying in Hong Kong for more than 20 years to transform the old house into the current Chongdeli River.

With the development of the city, more and more old buildings began to be slowly demolished, but in order to retain the traces of old Chengdu, many old factories were renovated and preserved.
For example, the U37 creative warehouse was originally the warehouse of Chengdu Pharmaceutical Group; Dongjiao Memory, formerly a state-owned red optical tube factory; 1906 Creative Factory, formerly the People's Liberation Army 7322 Factory.
I believe everyone is familiar with the examples given above, so this time I will introduce you to a particularly niche creative factory, called "Wuli Creative Factory".
Wuli Creative Factory is the first creative factory on the west gate of Chengdu. The dilapidated factory building that has experienced the precipitation of time has been reborn in the transformation and transformed into a new fashion landmark.
Located at No. 40 Huapaifang Street, Wuli Creative Factory, formerly known as the state-owned Chengdu Sanjiang Shoe Factory, is an old factory with a history of seventy or eighty years, famous for handmade "Sanjiang" cloth shoes. In 2010, after selling out the last cloth shoes, Sanjiang cloth shoes announced the closure.
The factory moved here in the early 70s and has never been touched again, with old-fashioned scissors, hammers, slate workbenches, and shoe factories full of traces of the vicissitudes of time. In 2010, the craftsmen left, and the last shoe factory in Chengdu city closed.
