For the first trip in three years, I chose Mount Emei. The planned time is within a week, and the core goal is to see the sunrise. Given the limited time, we were very much looking forward to seeing the sunrise, so we chose China-TravelNote to help us customize this 4-day tour.

On the first day, Beijing-Leshan-Emei Mountain, this itinerary is relatively relaxed, arrived in Chengdu in the morning, arrived in Leshan by special car, chose a restaurant near the scenic spot, the dishes taste good, the price is a little expensive, mainly we ordered a fish, three people spent 500+. After the meal, the car drove directly to the pier entrance and took a boat ride to see the Big Buddha. The boat is smooth and the second floor shooting is convenient. After entering the Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area, the road to the foot of the Giant Buddha in the scenic area has been closed, and the panoramic view of the Giant Buddha cannot be taken in the scenic area. Personally, I feel that there is nothing interesting in the scenic spot, and a boat tour is enough. In the afternoon, I didn't stop in Leshan and went straight to Mount Emei. Considering that it would take 2 hours to drive up Mount Emei, we chose to stay overnight at the foot of the mountain. In the evening, I chose a skewer shop in the city, the taste of the rabbit head personally feels not as delicious as Shuangliu Airport, the more recommended is the green plum wine in the store, I originally planned to buy some of the same in Chengdu before leaving, but I didn't find the same wine in the souvenir shop and the airport, which is a pity.

The next day we went up the mountain for a tour. After communicating with China-TravelNote's tour guide, we adjusted our plan and divided the next two days into mandatory and optional items. After breakfast, rest until ten o'clock in the resort and avoid tours. It was a two-hour drive from the city to Leidongping Station on the mountain road, and the bus was too shaky, and although I took motion sickness medicine, I still didn't expect motion sickness. Leidongping walked to the Jieyin Hall, fortunately I met a monkey on the road, the monkey was not as fierce as the legend, I took out the banana monkey I was carrying before coming over, gave it a stuff in my mouth immediately, and pulled my pants to prevent me from leaving, gave it all the bananas, and then spread my hands, and it spread me.

Arrive at the entrance of the cable car, first have lunch at a restaurant recommended by the tour guide, as in the case of Leshan, the taste is very good, the price is a little expensive, among which the crispy sausage is more recommended, and the bamboo shoots are also delicious. Special explanation, tell the boss in advance that you can make it not spicy.

After lunch, the cable car goes up to the Golden Peak, the hotel is next to the circular ropeway, and after checking in, visit the Golden Peak Scenic Area, the weather of the day is very powerful, and the sea of clouds is very spectacular. The mobile phone camera takes a shot until the battery alarms. Because we didn't want to eat long after lunch, the tour guide took us to a small merchant kiosk for tea. It is said that drinking tea is free, but the eldest sister of the merchant pavilion is too enthusiastic, I still spent 200 yuan to buy 2 taels of the buds of the year, and I started to feel a little expensive, and then I went to the supermarket in Chengdu to buy the same grade of tea is much more expensive. So I regretted not buying more.

In view of the good weather, we went back to the hotel to recharge and rest, and in the evening we came to the Golden Dome again to shoot, the sunset that day was later than predicted, we stayed at the Golden Peak for 2 hours, and of course we also took pictures of the sunset and sunset. After sunset, the wind on the top of the mountain was still quite strong, but fortunately, the tea pavilion was still open, so we hurriedly went to rent two down jackets, which were very clean and had no peculiar smell.

On the third day, the hotel front desk told us that the sunrise was at 6:10, and we got up at 5:30 and went up to the Golden Peak in the dark, there were not many guests living on the mountain, and when we burned incense the day before, the eldest sister who taught us to burn incense told us the best sunrise shooting location, so we went straight to ***, and the sunrise did not make us wait for a long time like the sunset, and it came as promised. In view of the tiring up and down the golden peak, he decisively decided on Plan B, abandoned the mountain and continued to visit Wannian Temple, Monkey Area and Baoguo Temple, and went straight to Chengdu to rest.

Because I gave up the afternoon tour project, I went to Du Fu Thatched Cottage and took a tea break at the tea house at the door. There are several tea houses here, and the one at the door is the most affordable, but it is still a little more expensive than Heming in People's Park. In addition, I personally like the Chinese architecture and wood museum here, which gives a detailed introduction to the Chinese architectural structure and displays various architectural structural parts.

We stayed at Du Fu Thatched Cottage Manxin Hotel, because of the construction in front of the door, the first impression was that China-TravelNote was pitted, how to arrange it on the edge of the construction site? After checking in, I found that it was actually not noisy at all, and Du Fu Thatched Cottage did not need to cross the road, and the Huanhua Creek in the morning was very quiet, which was very suitable for morning exercise and walking. The hotel room configuration is very good, the bathroom and toilet are separated, the dresser and washbasin are outside the bathroom, it is very convenient for two people to stay. The hotel's breakfast is 4-star standard, which is considered decent and has everything you need.

Day 4, Chengdu day trip.

Because we have been to Chengdu, we have not arranged too many projects, and now I think we should stay for one more day. The Chengdu Museum introduces the history of Chengdu into four parts, the pre-Qin period, the Qin and Han dynasties to the Northern and Southern Dynasties, the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing and modern times. More than two hours exceeded our planned time, I wanted to cancel the trip to Wuhou Temple, received a notice from China-TravelNote, the flight was delayed, so I hurriedly went to Wuhou Temple, and after visiting Wuhou Temple, I found that my original understanding of Zhuge Liang was actually influenced by some remarks on the Internet, thinking that the people's evaluation of Zhuge Liang was a bit high; In fact, the people speak so highly of Zhuge Liang not only because of how strong he is, but also because of his and his descendants' loyalty to Shu and Liu Bei.

In the last part of the trip, after lunch and dinner, I went for a walk in Huanhua Creek to watch people fish. After that, the plane was delayed again, waiting at the airport for nearly 5 hours, and finally returned home at 1 a.m.

Experience Summary:

1. Watching sunrise and sunset must be carefully planned, season, weather forecast, itinerary + luck.

2. If you want to have an in-depth understanding of Chengdu and the surrounding scenic spots, independent travel is the best choice, if time is limited, it is recommended to customize the tour is better, the local travel agency's itinerary is too tight, it is difficult to achieve sunrise, sunset, sunset to see. And it is very tiring, especially for people who are old and prone to motion sickness, it is best to divide the itinerary of Mount Emei into two sections, do not arrange it at the foot of the mountain with the group, the food and accommodation conditions are similar, but you have to take a 4-hour bus on the same day, which is too hard.

3. If the tour guide is reliable, the shopping recommended by him/her can still be considered, in fact, products like tea, the direct purchase of tea farmers in the hands of the mountain tea farmer is still much cheaper than Chengdu, of course, if you want to pick up a big cheap one, forget it, after all, planting tea and frying tea in such a high mountain, and selling it early and greedily are hard money.

4. Chengdu can still have an in-depth understanding of people like me who are more interested in history and ancient buildings. Personally, I feel that the cultural atmosphere of Chengdu is stronger than that of Beijing, compared with Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Cao Xueqin Museum, the thatched cottage is very rich in woodware, furniture, poems, and inscriptions, and Cao Xueqin Museum is a Dream of Red Mansions. The tea house is also the same, the thatched cottage has a traditional Sichuan tea house, and the tea house of the Cao Xueqin Museum is too commercial and not interesting.
