day1: Zhenjiangguan - Jiuzhaigou
Morning: The high-speed train at 7 a.m. takes 3 hours to drive from Zhenjiangguan to Jiuzhaigou, and Jiuzhaigou cannot enter the ditch after 14:00 p.m. Be sure to grasp the time;
Noon: At noon, you can bring some snacks or self-heating rice. Today you can play a ditch first (if the sightseeing bus is sent to the primeval forest, you can play this ditch, if you send it to Changhai, you can play Changhai Colorful Pool + some attractions of Shuzhenggou).
Afternoon: If you enter the homestay tonight, you must check in in advance before 6 p.m., and you can go around the village after completing the procedures.

>day2: Jiuzhaigou one-day tour (Rizegou or Zechawagou or Shuzhenggou) - Chuanzhu Temple
Morning: Breakfast at the homestay from 8 to 9 o'clock, and today I will focus on visiting Jiuzhaigou for a day.
Morning: Take the sightseeing bus to the attractions you want to visit on the platform, and visit the attractions you haven't played yet.
Noon: Nuorilang Qunhai → Nuorilang Central Station, (the only restaurant in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, where you can eat and rest), it is recommended to bring your own snacks or self-heating rice to save the time in line for meals, which is mainly not to taste.
Afternoon: Gather at the gate of Jiuzhaigou at about 5:30 and set off for Chuanzhu Temple, Jiuzhaigou to Chuanzhu Temple for more than 2 hours one way, stay in Chuanzhugou Temple to facilitate the next day to play Huanglong.

>day3: Chuanzhu Temple - Huanglong - Vachetalin - Jiuqu (watch the sunset).
Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the Huanglong Cableway entrance and line up to take the Yellow Dragon on the ropeway.
Morning: It is recommended to take the ropeway to the ropeway station to visit Huanglong, and walk from the ropeway station to the colorful pond (the altitude of this section of the road is relatively gentle, you can enjoy the scenery of the primeval forest along the way, and there are many attractions along the way down the mountain: Zhengyancai Pond→ Suluo Yingcai Pond→ Mingjing Reflection Pond→ Bonsai Pond→ Jinsha Paving Floor→ Washing Cave→ Lotus Terrace Waterfall→ Waterfall Liuhui→ Welcome Pool
Noon:You can choose the lunch location and dining standards, and the master will cooperate throughout the process. The Huachetalin Scenic Area is relatively niche, the prayer flags are endless, the place is silent and dilapidated, and if you are timid and do not go in, the drone aerial photography visual effect should be more shocking!
Afternoon: Stay in the Jiuqu Yellow River Scenic Area tonight, after dinner, you can hike to the top of the mountain to watch the sunset, about the sunset time is 19:30-20:30, there is a unique scenery.

>day4: Jiuqu - Hongyuan - 10,000 acres of rapeseed flowers in Maiqun Township in July and August - Langyi Temple - Aba County
Morning: Get up early today to watch the sunrise of the first bay of the Yellow River in Jiuqu, of course, the weather is still very important. If you want to go to the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise, you need to reserve time to climb the plank road (about 15-20 minutes), and the sunrise time is usually around 6:00.
Morning: The grassland from Jiuqu to Aba County is vast, full of greenery, flowers, sheep like clouds, yaks and wildflowers blooming on the grassland, or golden, or fiery red, will definitely bring you an unforgettable visual feast. You can stop and take pictures at any time when you encounter beautiful scenery.
Noon: The large areas of rape flowers and meadows in Maikun Township on the edge of Aba County complement the red Tibetan-style buildings, coupled with the blue sky and white clouds, creating a pastoral landscape painting that opens and closes.
Afternoon: If you arrive at Aba County at about 5:30, you can go to Langyi Temple to watch the sunset (the time for sunrise and sunset is here).

>day5: Aba County - Gemo Temple- Lianbao Yeze - Aba County
Morning: After breakfast, drive to Gemo Temple, the driving time is about 20 minutes. The museum of the largest one-piece Buddhist temple in China (eight huge columns made of uncarved African nanmu) and the tallest seated statue of Maitreya Buddha in China (37 meters high indoors and weighing 332 tons made of brass) are enshrined in the museum of the main hall.
Morning: Lianbaoye generally takes about 3 to 5 hours to play, it is recommended to go straight to 4520, and then go to Zagarcuo after coming down, first play these two important attractions, and there are also many beautiful scenery on the way back.
Noon: Lunch is arranged according to the driving time at noon, and the dining standard is selected according to the needs of the guests
Afternoon: Today I spent the whole day in Aba Gemo Temple and Lianbaoye, and the play time is controlled by yourself, and it takes about 1 hour to drive from Lianbaoye to Aba County.

day6: Aba County - Li County - Chengdu
Morning: The whole journey from Aba County to Chengdu is about 470 kilometers, the whole journey is about 6 to 7 hours, and after breakfast, start the road home.
Noon: You can have lunch in Lixian County, and the general food in Tibetan areas is Qiang bacon, local wild vegetables, beef soup pot, potato glutinous rice cake and other delicacies.
Afternoon: Arrive in Chengdu at about 5 to 6 pm, and tonight you can choose to eat hot pot, bowl chicken, Sichuan cuisine, husband and wife lung slices, dandan noodles and other delicacies

1. People who are not suitable for traveling to Daocheng Aden:
Patients with obvious lesions of the heart, lungs, brain, liver, and kidneys, as well as severe anemia or hypertension, should not blindly enter the plateau. If you have never been on a plateau, it is recommended that you undergo a strict physical examination before entering the plateau. Tourists with organic diseases, severe anemia or severe hypertension are less adaptable to the plateau environment. In the early stage of entering the plateau, the risk of acute altitude sickness is significantly higher than that of others. If you stay on the plateau for too long, you are also more susceptible to various chronic altitude sickness than others.At the same time, because the body has to adapt to the plateau environment, the compensatory activities of important organs such as the liver, lungs, heart, and kidneys are enhanced, which increases the burden on these organs. Once these organs are diseased, the condition will be further aggravated. If you are not sure whether you can participate in the Huanglong Ruoerge activity, it is recommended that you consult an experienced doctor and try to be in line with the principle of stability;

2. Precautions on the way to the plateau (key points)
(1). Oxygen and drugs for the prevention and treatment of acute altitude sickness should be prepared as much as possible, such as nifenyridine (also known as heart pain), aminophylline, etc., and cold-preventing drugs, antibacterial and vitamin drugs should also be prepared just in case. Due to the cold climate of the plateau and the large temperature difference between day and night, you should pay attention to preparing enough cold clothes to prevent colds. Both cold and respiratory infections may promote acute altitude sickness;

(2). If there are more severe symptoms of altitude sickness on the way to the plateau, they should be treated immediately, and take aminophylline or nifepyridine 20 mg sublingually in time. In severe cases, oxygen should be inhaled. If severe chest tightness, severe cough, dyspnea, cough up pink foamy sputum, or unresponsiveness, apathy, or even coma, in addition to the above treatment, go to a nearby hospital for rescue as soon as possible, or transfer to a lower altitude area as soon as possible for treatment and recovery;
